I’m a little nervous/embarrassed/proud about posting this. Day 1, I was my heaviest at 137lbs and my fitness level was below average. I couldn’t even run for 2 minutes or lift 2kg. Today, I’m 131lbs and I can run for 30 minute easily, I’m lifting 5kg and on top of that, I’m doing the Nike Training Club workouts which I used to be terrified of!
I still have a long way to go and I have yet to cut-out junk food and change my diet… (can’t wait to see the results after I’ve done that!) but it’s nice to see that my hardwork is finally paying off and I’m on my way to achieving the body I’ve always dreamed of and never really believed I could have. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it!
