Day 51 - Rest (+ day 2 of taking spirulina)
Yesterday I OD’d on 2 tsp of spirulina so today I only took 1tsp in my smoothie and still… it was too much. For maybe 3 hours, I was really dizzy and light-headed and overall felt really weird. I was fine then until…. I began eating. I was really bloated and nauseous for nearly 5 hours :-( Tomorrow I’m going to take just half a tsp and see what happens.

Ahhh…. I think I died earlier. I was so tired but dragged myself to the gym and tried to work out as hard as I could. Today I totally went overboard with my sugar intake… cupcakes.. are.. too hard to resist.. I’ve been drinking all day trying to dilute the pollution in my body! And I didn’t go to the gym today but I did do 65 squats as part of the TIA Squat Challenge for February and I worked on my arms :-)
Day 30 - Workout
Worked out hard today and nearly started crying when doing short sprints on the treadmill. Life. Also, I’ve noticed that after 2 weeks of not eating too many carbs, they now make me very bloated and sick. Like, I feel the need to throw up and then sleep for a few days.
